another little victory

got a letter printed in the uni magazine - Vertigo. Pretty trashy mag really, but still… As follows:

“in the last issue, you suggested that pro-life equalled pro-first-world-white-middle-class-human-life. So I thought I’d just remind you that abortion and contraceptives are usually pushed as a solution to overpopulation and disease in the third-world and/or non-white populations”

…I just couldn’t let them get away with saying that (1st world white) when there are Catholics world-wide fighting against abortion/contraception, which, when it’s _forced_ upon ppl, is usually whites on non-whites (something terribly culturally imperialist about minimising non-white populations!)
